Please establish a clearer moratorium on development in the Greenbelt and sensitive environments, waterways, and wetlands, as the Ford Government seems to think they have the authority to override these protections. They do not - so make that clear for them and future governments.

The largest possible expansion of the Greenbelt will protect ecological corridors and keep important natural areas off limits to development

The Rouge River upstream of Rouge National Urban Park and Duffin’s Creek are key areas for restoration and enhanced protection and connectivity.
