My neighborhood has changed from single family housing to two or 3 suites per lot. I am not complaining because we realize how important it is to preserve farmland and keep development away from Lake Simcoe. Please stop the new highway and development around the lake. We inherited fertile farmland and a beautiful lake. Don’t deny these things to our grandchildren for McMansions and a few less minutes in a commute.
