• ANSWER: I support growing the Greenbelt to the west, including the Paris Galt Moraine.

• What are your thoughts on the initial focus area of adding, expanding and further protecting Urban River Valleys?
• ANSWER: The Greenbelt should protect wetland complexes and cold water streams that are part of the Greenbelt Urban River Valleys, including expanding the Greenbelt Urban River Valleys within the Duffins and Carruthers Creek watersheds.

• Do you have suggestions for other potential areas to grow the Greenbelt?
• ANSWER: The headwaters of the Duffins and Carruthers Creek watersheds need to be protected by the Greenbelt. Specifically, “whitebelt” lands adjacent to the Greenbelt, just north of Highway 407.

• ANSWER: The provincial government should cancel plans to build highway 413 which would cross the Greenbelt in several locations, fragmenting the natural and agricultural lands.
