The site in question is not only dead centre within protected forestry, but is part of the heart of the community.

As the trail capital of Canada, our Forrests are sacred spaces and we need to work together to protect them. Given constant violations by Miller of materials over the years, I'm skeptical that they are in a position to properly maintain the property in a manner that will keep neighbouring lands safe.

For me, someone who rides the trails, and rides by this spot several times a week, I'm against the idea of allowing any type of rezoning to take place.
