Any expansion of the Greenbelt must also fully preserve the existing natural state of the Greenbelt. The current proposed route for Hwy 413 will do unnecessary and irreparable damages to currently protected Greenbelt lands, which further expansions cannot compensate. Plans for Hwy 413 must be cancelled as part of any Greenbelt plans.
