Hi there,

It's great to see the proposal out to expand the greenbelt to cover some very important areas. I'd like to see the expansion now, or at least have a plan to, include more than this though. Please consider the results of the 2017 engagement and work towards including the 'bluebelt' (summary attached).

Please make engage the Six Nations of the Grand River and Mississaugas of the Credit meaningfully.

While I support this, I do not support many of the current government's actions when it comes to valuing the green belt and our water resources generally (in particular, the GTA West, Bradford Bypass, Duffin's Creek MZO and the cuts to Conservation Authorities). I get it, they are not connected. But this government is consistently demonstrating its willingness to play transactional cynical politics. So, just, please don't take our support for granted.
