This proposal is unacceptable. “Fill” is just a way to declare this site be used as a dump. This would impact drinking and irrigation water for many, and owing to Miller’s lack of compliance at this site in the past I have zero confidence that the environment in this sensitive location would be protected. Miller has profited for years from this site and owes it to the residents of Uxbridge to comply with the original agreement.
