This type of proposal is totally inappropriate. The approval to dispose of industrial waste in close proximity to a ground water source places all of us at risk. The potential contamination cannot be remediated. The original intent was to return the property to it's natural state. This should be upheld. Tax payers should keep track of those individuals involved in this decision. That way they can be held responsible and liable for any future impacts. In my mind this constitutes criminal negligence.
