I am opposed to any development or change in licensing at the Miller Boyington Pit #3. As an Uxbridge resident I am concerned that our water and our environment remain protected. This protection is the responsibility of the MNRF, a government body with the tools and regulations (ARA) to require Miller to adhere to the original agreement. Compliance by Miller regarding previous concerns and audits should also be pursued and enforced.
