Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the proposed changes to the Ontario Invasive Species Act. I am generally pleased with the proposed changes, but there are many invasive species that are harmful to our environment that are not included in the document. Norway Maple including cultivars such as crimson king, glossy and European buckthorn and winged burning bush need to be included. These species are already dominating many of our valley lands, and their continued sale and propagation will allow them to spread further and degrade our natural habitats
