This is NOT the right solution. While wood pellets are supposed to be made from wood waste and dead trees, we’re seeing more whole trees from across Canada, logged and exported to produce carbon loaded energy internationally. Wood pellets are dirtier than coal when burning for energy - we cannot be moving backward! We need to be moving toward clean energy in all cases. We need to be creating GREEN jobs.
