I have extensive background in IT, statistics and data analysis. It is obvious that Canada's total output of GHG of 1.6% of the Global output is insignificant.
Ontario's output is even less significant. Canadians have done a lot and should not be penalized with taxation which cannot possibly be effective against climate change.
