When complaints were reviewed, were spurious complaints removed from consideration? I know of a site where all complainants but 1 were within 100 m but there was one complainant at 500 m who seemed to just be piling on. Similarly, there were several complaints registered on a day when the plant didn't operate. If the spurious complaints were not removed, would they have caused larger AOIs to be assigned?
