Thank you for the opportunity to provide comments on the Ontario Heritage Toolkit.

--Will there be an opportunity to be involved in the writing of the new Cultural Heritage
Landscapes Toolkit?

--Can more clarity and consistency be provided for the the word significant? By changing its meaning, does this mean listed but not evaluated properties do not qualify as significant?

--Will properties that have been listed but have not been evaluated need to be revisited and evaluated against O Reg. 9/06?

--With parties able to bring forward new and relevant information how can we ensure there is fairness, especially for hearings? New and relevant information may be the case of a mistake, accidentally missing information, or a municipality’s access to resources.
