I definitely oppose this Bill 4 proposal to cancel Cap and Trade. Until this new government puts forth an alternative and demonstrates how they intend to do their part to meet Canada's commitments under the Paris Climate Change Accord, it is premature to suddenly cut Cap and Trade.
