This does not sound like a legal process, as set up in the regulations! It looks like a way to get around the public’s due process.
There is a ticket to be issued for failing to submit! It is a law!
A COURT PROCESS FOLLOWS THAT,
Where could this lead us? Into financial penalties, not under our law!
And open ended way for the Govt. to steal!
