Once vehicle is rebuilt, it should not be repaired again if total loss second time. Should be part out only.

Non branded total loss must be inspected for parts source (invoices)used in repairs.

For passengers safety, why mechanic shops who are not licensed for collision repairs. allowed by insurance companies to do repairs. they send their estimators at mechanic shops and let them do sub standard repairs as they are not equipped with paint booths and other frame repair equipment.Now you guys are putting lot of effort to modify this system please do something which is needed.
