Commentaire
Carbon emission reduction is increasingly urgent. Cap-and-trade is not an ideal mechanism for this, but is the best that Ontario has done to date. I urge this government to let it continue, while at the same investigating the potential for a tax-and-dividend solution (also known as "carbon fee and dividend").
