Having no incentive to be a clean company is not right. It is like going back to the industrial revolution where factories were able to dump whatever came out of the factories into nature. It is the right thing to make companies pay for the negative impacts they create while doing their business. This will keep promoting good companies and incentivize other companies to be as green as possible and not pay the carbon tax.
