There should be no changes to the ownership or managements of this property including the said proposed amendments which identifies the the responsibility of the of the proposed new reserve to fall under the full control and management of Sandbanks park superintendent. Such a proposal removes public control putting decision making in solely in the hands of one person not an elected person and a person easily influenced by local individuals . And local government figures. Promoting Decisions to the benefit of one or the local elected officials of the municipality and opportunities to collude to further there own individual best interests or complement there visions of land usage which may not be the consensus of the public. The property needs to remain in the control of the federal government as crown land. Further the proposed changes are moving forward without in person town hall meetings, detailed studies of what the changes would permit the park superintendent to amend change. There should be no changes. Such proposals indicate we do not want turbines. This goes well beyond turbines. This is a proposal with long term plans to boost commercialization for revenue generation and local tourism, which is why there has been the full support of local council working hand in hand. Crown land in my back yard yes. Conservation reserve. No.
