I fully support the Cap and Trade program and I am disappointed in the government's ill advised ending to this. My children's school was to get a number of lighting upgrades this year that were badly needed that have now been put on hold as our local school board received $1 million less funding for these types of environmentally aware upgrades that have clearly been proven to save money over time.
