My analogy may not be a great one here but as a constituent and proud ontarian/canadian, who pays some of the highest cell phone bills in the world, i find the lack of planning to replace the offset of ghg's by axing this program as nonsensical as were one of the cell providers to stop providing me with 4g service while they work out providing 5g service. How can an act be taken seriously if there is only a plan to make a plan? Why cancel one and leave nothing in place? 250.00 per family? If there is no evidence that c&t has done anything for the environment, then follow the money and expose it or accept that it has and improve on it. Knee jerk reactions are not prudent here given the infrastructures put in place for renewable energy and is only the second wrong in the equation. It's the future generations that will suffer immensely when it should be this generation which bears the brunt for humanity.
