Could you explain to me what happens to the pollution? Say on a windless day, where does it go? Often the winds in this area are from the west. What happens to the pollution on days when the wind blows from the west, or from other directions? How does temperature affect the distribution of the pollution?

What do you know about the health effects of the current levels of pollution? What do you know about the effects of the increased levels?
