Glen Schnarr & Associates Inc. (GSAI) are the planning consultants to the South Georgetown Landowners Group who collectively own approximately 243 hectares (600 acres) of land in the Town of Halton Hills (the ‘Subject Lands’ or ‘Site’). The Subject Lands are located within an area measuring approximately 800 hectares, which is bounded by Trafalgar Road on the west, Sideroad 5 on the south, Ninth Line on the east and 10 Side Road on the north.
