We have severe housing crises, we should remove big portion of the greenbelt to build affordable homes sold to first time home buyers families only (Not investors or speculators) at cost with waived fees to make it as affordable as possible, 50,000 homes is not enough

All small cities like Hamilton, Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph should be allowed to expand substantially
