How is it that we are resorting to opening up the Greenbelt when there are cities and towns throughout Ontario that are not doing their part to intensify? Density should be forced on smaller municipalities like Peterborough, Prince Edward County, Guelph, Orangeville, Uxbridge, Port Perry, before we start deciding to continue sprawling.
