Cutting the Cap and Trade agreement is an egregious move against Ontario as well as Canada's well being. The Cap and Trade agreement, while not perfect, was a stepping stone in the direction of true sustainable development. Nothing is perfect right off the bat; however, something is always better than nothing. I am fearful about where the provincial government is leading Ontario.
