This is a crazy idea, enough with kicking the can down the road for two years, solve it now!
This is a divisive issue in the community and it needs a permanent solution. Either honor the original reason for creating the park, which included having cottages, or buy out the cottagers who have invested large sums of money on their cottages over the years.
