This reminds me of the attempt to close libraries in Toronto. If I remember correctly, to facilitate the operation of fast food franchises. Shame! What about trees, birds, watersheds, greenhouse gases as people make long commutes? This is sprawl, not an increase in housing density! We need more housing in the city, not the countryside!
