The real purpose of this act is to enrich the private interests of developers on friendly terms with the current administration. Bulldozing critical wetlands so wealthy builders can be even wealthier is a travesty and a crime. Nothing else needs to be said, only a fool would believe the false narrative of this being a solution to affordability.
