I disagree with the proposal…

I disagree with the proposal to reclassify protected land from the Greenbelt for development.
Humans have already encroached extensively on the natural habitat and we need to do more to protect wildlife from urban sprawl.
Rather than swapping land in the Greenbelt to facilitate growth, we should be densifying our cities and building up rather than out.

The land outside of the Greenbelt that has been identified as ecologically important in the study should be added to expand the Greenbelt.
