This is a completely ridiculous proposal that is simply a way to give greedy developers even MORE money while ignoring the fact that residential zoning laws in the GTA are the issue here. I’m not paying even higher taxes for these buildings or houses which will inevitably flood as they would be built in WETLANDS. Keep our environment safe. Stop trying to sacrifice the well being of the planet and the working class people for some soulless corporations that will bleed Canada Dry.
