The proposal is a horrible idea and is a selfish and greedy plan. This does not benefit the regular people and is not acting in the best interest of the people.
This proposal just confirms we as Ontario have lost the trust and confidence in our province. There is no helping the little people or looking out for making it a better place to live.
This is all to benefit developers who donated to the Ford foundation. You cannot pretend this plan was for anyone other than his friends. It is an appalling proposal and clearly no one cares about the impact this will have to the future generations. Do some research and see who his friends are, look into the developers that will benefit. It is hilarious how anyone could pretend this was not to benefit certain families... This does not help the actual people trying to survive in Ontario. This will not help affordability, this will increase taxes, will make it harder to afford homes, destroy our already crumbling environment, this has no positive effect to anyone but the pockets of the leader of PC party and friends.
