Leave it alone! There are other areas to build on. Start re-zoning industrial areas in the GTA for parks and condo towers.
None of this 50,000 to 1.5 million homes will work without continuing to expand transit, hospitals, electricity and other resources.
Also, tell the federal government to slow down on immigration. 500k per year in 2025 is unmanageable.
