Please do not renege on your promise to protect the Greenbelt. It is there for a reason and it provides value beyond price. Developers can make plans that are actually suitable for our current housing needs in existing municipal areas zoned for residential, rather than trying to cater to the rich with big new houses on land that is meant for all of us.
