This appears to be a bad idea, and not a positive thing for people of Ontario.
The world is already facing environmental disasters due to climate change.
We need to protect our greenbelt.

Having more sprawl in Ontario will only cause more traffic, pollution, and lower production.
Increasing density will spur more innovation, and economic activity.

Swapping green belt space with other spaces doesn't help Ontario's future. We also need to protect farmlands to secure our local food supply.

Encourage building upwards, rather than outwards.
