7400 acres of unreplaceable land, land that protects us from flooding, more extreme weather, that helps to provide food, recreation, temperature regulation... 7400 acres for 50k homes is absolutely irresponsible and a complete waste. We've paved over and built in top of enough good land, use some of that and stop the urban sprawl.
