While I understand it is tempting to target the greenbelt around already developed cities, why can we not use this as an opportunity to grow the northern portions of the province. Improving infrastructure in and to northern cities would allow development in barely touched areas, compared to expanding into the ever decreasing and fragile ecosystems of southern Ontario.

I am against these expansions.
