Ontario's urban center should intensify instead of exploring new greenbelt areas to expand. It will be more economically efficient to provide all municipal services to existing developed areas. Urban areas already suffer from suburban sprawls, which results in a backlog of maintenance to city services, with which municipalities are already struggling.
