This is a stupid, shortsighted and slimy move. We will never get this land back if we open it to development. The world is being ravaged by the effects of climate change and more concrete and pavement is not the answer - especially not in our most valuable platform. Is this government dense enough to think anything about this is smart as we are planning to significantly increase our country’s population via immigration? Think about something other than money for once and use your heads. You don’t need to have a crystal ball to see how mind numbingly foolish this is.
