We all know that jobs and housing are extremely important issues. What I want to know is why housing developments, and urban areas are undergoing growth without the proper infrastructure. Sidewalks, sewers, watersheds etc. are being overlooked. This results in more traffic, absolutely unsafe conditions for pedestrians, and flooding damage/sewer backups. Where is the planning?
