I, a near lifelong resident of Ontario, wholeheartedly object to this proposal to remove land from the protected areas of the Greenbelt. This proposal is incredibly shortsighted and could have lasting ramifications on the quality of drinking water and environmental preservation, among MANY other issues that are too numerous to list.

This proposal only serves to increase urban sprawl and line the pockets of already wealthy developers. This proposal is submitted in bad faith by a government that truly and clearly DOES NOT CARE about solving any kind of problems surrounding the need for livable cities or affordable housing. Start forcing developers to build mid sized apartments instead of swathes of single family buildings that are consistently outside of the budget of average Ontario residents.
