This is a very short sighted…

This is a very short sighted proposal! Agreed that we do need more housing, but not at the expense of giving up protected land in the green belt.

It is short-sighted and ignores the fact that urban sprawl is expensive, requiring water, sewer and transportation to be extended to that area. It also completely ignores environmental issues, such as air pollution from increased automobile traffic,
quite aside from the importance of the green belt.

I am disgusted that this is even a proposal & would never vote for a government that approves it!
