DO NOT DEVELOP THE GREENBELT! I cannot stress this enough. We need these green spaces in the long term- this is the only planet we currently have.

Sure, we want Asians housing, but expanding into the Greenbelt is NOT the solution. There are so many other solutions to this housing issue and none of them need to involve expanding outwards- making it easier to repurpose existing buildings as housing or co-ops, increasing taxes on people who own 3 or more properties, charging a high vacancy tax, etc.
