If you want to solve the housing crisis look towards the hoards of vacant condos with overseas owners.

Homes are already built ready to live in. We don’t need houses we need home affordability.

The only benefit to this plan is lining the pockets of developers, all you’re going to do is destroy beautiful provincial treasures.
