Learn from the past decades of mistakes. Learn from other places that have figured out how to densify properly and build out transit accordingly .

We have limited farmland, we don't need more car-centric suburbs or highways perpetually having a lane added.

Build up not out.

Get some proper high speed trains across Ontario finally.

I know this is about your voting/donating crowd happy but there is a lot more at stake here for generations of Ontarians to come. Builders and real estate don't need to be subsidized any longer.

Please do the right thing and keep your promise. You can really win over some people with this.
