Rezoning Greenbelt land to…

Rezoning Greenbelt land to building housing is short sighted and in direct contrast with the information and evidence pertaining to the climate crisis we are facing around the world. There is already precious little green space within the Golden Horseshoe. Rezoning verdant land for more housing is not the answer.

Further, the Ford government has previously, OJ multiple occasions, promised not to impact the Greenbelt. Yet, now the application is presented without sufficient proof that all appropriate, or for that matter any, other options were considered.
