I had the oportunity to spend a couple of days in the Opposition cottaging in Rondeau Park. I realy loved it! I have travelled all the way from Darmstadt, Germany to visit there. I love the natural environment, observing the local flora and fauna, swimming, sailing on the lake, fishing in the bay, canoeing, and just watching the sunset.
A solution must be found for the permanent occupancy of the cottage lots, and a sale under Section 9(3) of the Provincial Parks & Conservation Reserves Act (2006) is clearly the best way.
Please, please, please get this done as quickly as possible. The stress and uncertainty for the cottagers has been going on for far too long.
