Our Greenbelt holds…

Our Greenbelt holds extremely important land that is home to a significant amount of biodiversity. It is also important for recreation and conservation, and is a defining characteristic of Southern Ontario.

Please do not destroy or impact this land as it would cause significant damage to not only the plants and animals that call it home, but the people who use the land for hiking, camping, and other forms of recreation. In a world where humans are trampling on nature day after day, it is increasingly important that we protect these spaces.

It is unacceptable that the current government of Ontario seeks to go back on the promises it made when it was elected to protect the Greenbelt at all costs.
