This plan requires destroying wild life habitat. We should be aiming to create more green spaces and trying to find ways to increase habitat and protect the environment instead of destroying it. We should be using evidence based approaches to figure out the best way to improve our society (hint building more highways actually leads to more traffic, the way to reduce traffic is housing density and public transit).
